Thrive at Work is an initiative by All In One (BGL). It brings specialist studios, coaches and wellbeing brands into companies as one organised programme, so a team gets a real day out without HR running the logistics.
Wellbeing budgets rarely fail on intent. They fail on admin: finding a facilitator, chasing a venue, herding a date. The initiative exists to carry that, so a company decides on the day and someone else runs it.
Every session is delivered by the studio, coach or clinic that does it for a living. Art jamming by an art studio, golf by PGA professionals, health talks by practitioners. The initiative matches, schedules and runs the day around them.
Many sessions are wholly or partly sponsored, which is why a team of twenty can have a proper workshop without a line item. Where a company prefers to fund it outright, that works the same way.
Every session is closed to your company, never a public class. Employees are never enrolled on anyone's behalf: anything optional is opted into by the individual, and the company never hands over staff details.

Wee Xin Min is the official financial-wellness partner of the Thrive at Work initiative by All In One (BGL). She is a financial consultant with eight years in the industry and an MDRT qualification, and she hosts the optional financial-wellness segment that some companies add to a workshop.
That segment is exactly what it sounds like: a general, educational session on the money questions people actually ask. It is optional for the company and optional for every attendee.
