Privacy note

Your information, handled simply.

Thrive at Work collects only what you choose to give, and uses it only for what you ticked. This note explains it in plain language, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Where it says “we”, it means All In One (BGL), which runs the initiative.

Who collects your data

Thrive at Work is an initiative by All In One (BGL) (UEN 202320586R), which runs this site, receives what you send through the enquiry form, and is responsible for it. Your enquiry also goes to Wee Xin Min, the initiative's official financial-wellness partner, because she is the person who replies to you.

Wee Xin Min is an authorised representative of AIA Singapore Private Limited (Reg. No. 201106386R). If you tick the box about meeting a financial consultant, that meeting is with her in that role, and it is separate from your workshop booking. All In One (BGL) may be paid by AIA for that introduction, and cannot advise you or recommend any product itself. This site is not an official AIA web profile.

What we collect, and why

These are the details you type in yourself. Analytics collects a little in the background, described further down.

  • Booking enquiries (your company, name, a work email or a phone/WhatsApp number — whichever you choose to give, and you may give both — team size, the workshop you picked, any preferred dates, how you would like us to reply, sponsorship preference, and your message), to respond and prepare a proposal for a workshop.
  • Your consent record (the two boxes you ticked, and the moment you pressed send), kept with the enquiry so we can show what you agreed to.

The two boxes on the form

Both start unticked, and the form will not send until you have ticked both. They are about you personally, not your team: what your colleagues are offered on the day is set by the funding option you choose, and is each attendee’s own decision.

  • The first lets All In One (BGL), its subsidiaries and their affiliated partners send you marketing, advertising and promotional information about what they offer.
  • The second says you are open to a non-obligatory meeting with a financial consultant, and agrees to AIA handling your data for that under its own privacy policy. That consultant is Wee Xin Min, acting as an authorised representative of AIA Singapore Private Limited, not as part of the initiative.

The details you type in are used to reply to your enquiry and arrange the workshop. That is what you give them for, and it needs no separate tick.

A WhatsApp option appears once you have ticked both boxes and pressed send — alongside the confirmation, or instead of it if our enquiry service is briefly unreachable. It opens a message to Wee Xin Min, so on that route your enquiry reaches her first and she passes it to All In One (BGL). The message is written out for you, carrying the details you entered and the boxes you ticked, so you can read it before it goes. Nothing reaches WhatsApp unless you press send there yourself.

Your choices

  • Both ticks are your own act, and the enquiry form is the only place we ask you to type personal details. We ask workshop attendees for nothing on the day.
  • Nothing you send is shared back to anyone else at your company.
  • We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
  • Aphyx runs the enquiry form for All In One (BGL): it receives what you send, passes it to All In One (BGL) and to Wee Xin Min, keeps a copy on All In One (BGL)’s behalf, and may use it only for that.
  • You can withdraw either consent at any time, by telling us in a reply to any message from us, or through the enquiry form. We stop using your details for that purpose from then on.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose you agreed to, then delete it. That covers the copy All In One (BGL) holds, the copy Wee Xin Min holds, and the copy Aphyx keeps. You may ask to access or correct your data at any time — see Contact, below.

Not financial advice

Nothing on this site is financial advice or a recommendation to buy any product. Any financial-wellness discussion is general and educational. If you choose a follow-up chat, it is with Wee Xin Min as an authorised representative of AIA Singapore Private Limited, and any advice she gives is given separately, with proper disclosures, under the Financial Advisers Act 2001. All In One (BGL) is an introducer only and cannot advise you.

Photographs at events

We photograph sessions and publish a selection on our past events page, so people in them can be recognised. Photos are shared with the consent of those involved. If you are in one and would like it amended or removed, email the address below and we will do it.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It sets cookies and tells Google your approximate location, device and the pages you viewed. Our pages also load fonts from Google, which tells them your IP address and browser on every visit. When an enquiry is completed it also records that one happened, along with the workshop, the team size, the funding option you picked and whether it sent by form or WhatsApp — but never your name, email or number.

The enquiry form saves a draft of what you have typed in your own browser, so you do not lose it if you switch apps mid-enquiry. It stays on your device and clears once the enquiry goes through. If you do not come back, it is discarded the next time the form is opened on that browser. On a shared computer, clearing your browser data removes it.

Contact

For any privacy request, whether access, correction or withdrawing a consent, reply to any message you have had from us, or send it through the enquiry form. It reaches Wee Xin Min and All In One (BGL), which is responsible for your data.
