Who collects your data

This site and any information you submit are managed by Wee Xin Min, a representative of AIA Singapore Private Limited (Company Registration No. 201106386R). She is responsible for the information collected here. Thrive at Work is an independent team-building and wellbeing initiative and is not an official AIA web profile.

What we collect, and why

We only collect details you actively provide:

• Booking enquiries (your company, name, work email, team size, sponsorship preference, and message), to respond and prepare a proposal for a workshop.
• On-the-day check-in (your name, and only if you tick a box, your email or a request to chat), to send the materials you asked for or, entirely at your choice, to arrange an optional, no-obligation financial-wellness chat with Wee Xin Min.

Where a booking or chat is arranged over WhatsApp, the message you send is one you compose and send yourself.

Your choices

• Every opt-in is your own decision. Attending a workshop needs only a name.
• Your responses are not shared with your employer.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
• You can withdraw consent or opt out at any time by replying STOP, or emailing the address below.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose you agreed to, then delete it. You may ask to access or correct your data at any time.
