Why teams host with us

A real perk for your people, with zero lift for you.

A corporate team on the golf course with Golf Performance 360
01

Expert partners, not a sales pitch

Every workshop is led by a vetted specialist: an art studio, PGA golf coaches, a financial consultant. Your team learns something genuinely useful, hands-on.

02

We handle the whole thing

From matching the right workshop to materials, sign-in and follow-up. You provide the people and a date; we do the rest.

03

Often fully sponsored

Many workshops are sponsored, so they land as a free benefit for your staff. Flexible options if you'd prefer to co-fund or book privately.

04

Shaped around your team

Tell us your headcount and your vibe. We tailor the activity, format and venue to fit your culture.

How it works

Four steps from idea to a room full of your people.

STEP 01

Tell us about your team

Headcount, vibe and what you want out of the day. A two-minute enquiry to start.

STEP 02

We match a partner

We pair you with the right specialist, agree a sponsorship option and lock in a date and venue.

STEP 03

Your team shows up

A relaxed, hands-on workshop, on-site or at a partner venue. The partners run it; we manage the logistics.

STEP 04

Everyone leaves better

Your people leave with something they made and a good time had. You get a wellbeing win to point to.

The menu

Two ways to bring your team together. More on the way.

Hands-on workshops, each run by a specialist Singapore partner and co-branded with them. Take your pick, or see the full menu.

The partner network

Specialists who run the room, and get the spotlight.

Thrive at Work is a platform for the people who lead each workshop. Every workshop is co-branded with its partner.

Questions, answered

The honest FAQ.

Often, yes. Many workshops are fully sponsored, so they cost your company nothing beyond a venue and a date. Where a workshop is co-sponsored or privately booked, we agree that with you up front. No surprises.

Transparency matters here. Sponsored workshops are funded because, at the end, attendees may be invited to a free, no-obligation financial wellness chat with Wee Xin Min. It is entirely the individual's choice. If you would rather no follow-up at all, choose a privately booked workshop.

Specialist Singapore partners. Right now: ColorVerse for 3D art jamming and Golf Performance 360 (PGA coaches) for golf. Our founder Wee Xin Min organises and sponsors each workshop, and offers an optional financial-wellness chat afterwards. Each workshop is co-branded with the partner who leads it, and the menu keeps growing.

None that they do not choose to. Attending needs only a name. Anything further, event photos by email or a follow-up chat, is a separate, clearly worded opt-in that each employee ticks themselves. We never ask you to hand over staff contact details.

It is built around it. Consent is given by each individual, for a stated purpose, with the contact channel named and the ability to opt out anytime. The company permits the workshop; it does not consent on anyone's behalf.

Whatever suits your team. Because it is corporate, the format is custom: from a lunch-hour taster to a half-day, on-site, at a partner venue (a studio or golf range), or a mix. Tell us your space and time and we shape it around you.
